Comments As a Saratoga Springs resident and a 20 year congregant of
this church application I am requesting support from the board
to approve this project. I have attended this church currently
located at 624 North Broadway for the last 20 years we have
witnessed the building of the Wrigley mansion which was not
aligned with the Victorian style of our community and we’ve
also been excellent neighbors to the Burke funeral Home next-
door to us. Our mission also is to live with nature and respect
our utilization of natural resources which would include the
water concerns that the Bog Meadow neighbors have. I
participated in the walk around and meeting three of the
neighbors directly abiding our proposed property who
expressed support of our church being built there. Of course I
understand traffic concerns on Loudon Road as I personally
have traffic concerns with the development of the 220
apartment complex called Tate Reserve next to where I live at
Travers Manor. There is development all over the city. This
church placement on Loudon Road. I believe will have
excellent neighborly relations and be very cognizant of water
usage and traffic patterns. Thank you, Dianne Kiernan.
