A proposal to renovate existing two story building to construct two additional stories above the
corporate offices of Prime Group Holdings. Site improvements will include civic space on Broadway and
Division streets, retail in a portion of the first floor, parking lot security, ADA Accessibility, landscaping,
and utilities.
