Such easement shall be exercised in and to all tho.l piece or parcel of property hereinafter designated as Parcel No. 171, situate in the City of Saratoga Springs, County of Saratoga, State of New York, as shown an the accompanying map. Reserving, however, to the owner of any right, title, or interest in and to the said property delineated in Parcel No. 171 above and such owner's successors or assigns, the right of using said property and such use shall not be further limited or restricted under this easement beyond that which is necessary to effectuate is purposes for, and established by, the construction ❑nd as so constructed, the maintenance, of the herein identified project. The survey base line shown on this map is a portion of the 1996 survey base line (NAD 83/92) for the reconstruction of a portion of West Avenue, in the City of Saratoga Springs, County of Saratoga, as shown on a map and plan on file in the Office of the New York State Department of Transportation and described as follows: Beginning at station 11 +417.613; thence North 02'-51'-00" West to station 11+605.276.
