I 65.83- I -3 in the City of Saratoga Springs, on an application for site plan review for a proposed 2,344 sq. ft. restaurant with outdoor seating and associated site work in the Neighborhood Center (T-5) District. In accordance with 6 NYCRR Part 6 I 7, the Planning Board classified the action as Unlisted and issued a Negative SEQRA Declaration on November 30, 2023; And, in accordance with Site Plan Review approval standards in the Unified Development Ordinance, Article I 3.5, the Planning Board issued the following decision on November 30, 2023 passed 6-0 in favor: Torpey, Pingel, Mayo, Marshall, McTygue, Morrison: C� Approve site plan set with revision date November 22, 2023 with the followin� conditions: I . Applicant shall submit easement agreement for legal counsel review and approval prior to issuance of building permit. 2. Final plans shall be provided to the satisfaction of the City's designated engineer and DPW. The applicant is required to: I . Provide documentation of conformance with all required conditions of approval. 2. Deliver a letter of credit or cash escrow in the amount approved by the City Engineer to the City. This must occur prior to final signature by the Planning Board Chair. 3. Submit two (2) paper copies and one ( I ) electronic copy of the final approved site plan set for signature by the Planning Board Chair within ei�hteen ( I 8) months of approval as per Article I 3.5 of the Unified Development Ordinance.
