My family and I reside just up the hill in the area formerly known as Excelsior Park, and we walk or drive past this property regularly. The buildings are clear examples of Saratoga's rich architectural history and their connections to the area's springs make them even more significant. If the effort is going to be taken to relocate the buildings, then the effort to preserve as much as possible of their character (including the unique slate roofing) should be a part of that.
