DESCRIPTION
A Portion of Lands of Frederick W. Scheidt, Jr. and Shannon E. Scheidt
City of Saratoga Springs (Inside District), Saratoga County, New York
ALL that certain tract piece or parcel of land situate in the City of Saratoga Springs
(inside district), County of Saratoga, State of New York, lying on the easterly side of
Walworth Street and being further bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the lands of Robert L. Gallo, on the south, as
described in Book 1617 of Deeds at Page 783 and the lands of Frederick W. Scheidt, Jr.
and Shannon E. Scheidt, on the north, as described in Book 1448 of Deeds at Page 737
with the easterly line of Walworth Street, and runs thence from said point of beginning
along said easterly line of Walworth Street, North 02 deg. 45 in. 00 sec. East, 4.70 feet to
a point; thence through said lands of Scheidt the following two (2) courses: 1.) South 87
deg. 15 min. 00 sec. East,18.30 feet to a point; and 2.) South 02 deg. 45 min. 00 sec.
West, 4.70 feet to a point, thence along the aforesaid common line of of Gallow and
Scheidt, North 87 deg. 15 min. 00 sec. West,18.30 feet to the point and place of
beginning and containing 86+/- sq. ft. of land.
The above described parcel of land is intended to be a portion of the lands of Frederick
W. Scheidt, Jr. and Shannon E. Scheidt as described in Book 1448 of Deeds at Page 737
to conveyed to and combined with the lands of Robert Gallow as described in Book 1617
of Deeds at Page 783.
