Per Saratoga Springs Unified Development Ordinance in order to subdivide a parcel in the UR-4 district: • The parcels would need to be at 3,OOOsgft or more per dwelling unit. The existing lot could be subdivided into 3 separate parcels. We are only requesting a 2 lot subdivision. • No variances are necessary in order to subdivide. Plan has changed due to New UDO zoning. New plan is to build a single family home to live in and sell the additional lot possibly to family member. July 15, 2022 The Unified Development Ordinance takes affect in the City of Saratoga Springs. *Note* Per the UDO a building lot in the UR-4 District needs 3,000sgft per dwelling unit.
