The proposed project involves redevelopment/adaptive reuse of the existing building located at 395 Broadway for corporate offices. The existing
two-story building will be internally reconfigured and two stories added above. The existing parking lot will be improved with security fencing, sliding
gate, and re-striped to contain a total of 45 on-site parking spaces plus 14 on-street parking spaces.
