Location: Ballston Ave (NYS Rte 50) & Hamilton St. Tax Map #: 165.83-1-3 Zoning District: Neighborhood Center (T-5) Received from the City of Saratoga Springs Planning Board on August 16, 2023. Reviewed by the Saratoga County Planning Board on September 21, 2023. Decision: No Significant County-wide or Intercommunity Impact. Comments: The area variances for build out percentages on Hamilton Street and Ballston Avenue (NYS Route 50) were reviewed by the Saratoga County Planning Board on September 21, 2023 with No Significant Countywide or Intercommunity Impact found. There was concern with potential conflicts with vehicles entering the property from Ballston Avenue (NYS Route 50) and the two parking spaces to the south of the entrance. A NYSDOT work permit will be needed regarding the access improvements to NYS Route 50. Please contact the Saratoga County Planning Board if you have any questions regarding this matter.
