Of the 5.01-acre parcel, 3.08-acres are in a “conservancy” which does not allow any constuction nor development, leaving 1.93-acres for the actual church and related site development. Location: Loudon Rd. (Town of Wilton, Louden Rd County Forestland) Tax Map #: 154.-2-41.4 Zoning: Rural Residential (Saratoga Springs portion) Received from the City of Saratoga Springs Planning Board on November 3, 2023. Reviewed by the Saratoga County Planning Board on November 16, 2023. Decision: No Significant County-wide or Intercommunity Impact. Comments: The Saratoga County Planning Board recognized the road access for this project is located in the Town of Wilton (154.-1-47.12), zoned R-1 Residential. There will need to be a review/decision from the Town of Wilton prior to the City taking action on the project. As a reminder, GML-239nn requires proposed special use permits, use variances, site plans and subdivisions within 500 ft. of an adjacent municipality’s shared boundary to notify the neighboring clerk, by mail or electronic transmission, of the pending project at least 10 days prior of any hearing.
