The proposed 3-lot subdivision has created the need for several area variances.The variances requested
are to encompass the existing buidlings on the proposed lots.
Lot 1 Front Yard setback from 10 ft required to 5.6 ft,with a relief of 4.4 ft
Lot 1 Interior Side Yard Setback from 5 ft required to 2.7 ft, with a relief of 2.3 ft.
Lot 1 Parking Number from 2/unit with a total of 14 spaces required to 10 spaces,with relief of 4 spaces.
Lot 2 Minimum Lot Width from 60 ft required to 27 ft, with a relief of 33 ft.
Lot 2 Corner Side Yard Setback 8 ft required to 0 ft,with a relief 8 ft.
Lot 2 Interior Side Yard Setback 5 ft required to 2.8 ft, with a relief of 2.2 ft.
Lot 2 Parking Number from 2/unit with a total of 12 spaces required to 7 spaces, with relief of 5 spaces.
Lot 3 Interior Side Yard Setback 5 ft required to 0.2 ft, with a relief of 4.8 ft.

Received updated referral from City of Saratoga Springs Zoning Board of Appeals on October 13, 2023.
Reviewed by the Saratoga County Planning Board on October 19, 2023.
Decision: No Significant County-wide or Intercommunity Impact.
Comments: It was noted that the building/garage (barn) on the potential Lot 3 is historic in nature and
may add value to the neighborhood, so efforts to preserve it might be considered.
