The manufacturer is to be Arcadia T-225 or an approved equivalent. This was approved previously when the project appeared in front of the Board in 2018. Existing B�rick— Existing Brick to remain. Paint touch-up as required. Exterior Terrace—The proposed layout is included. The proposed material for the terrace is to be either crushed pea gravel or stamped concrete. We will need to install a border around the gravel to keep it within the terrace area. Intent is to create a more garden-like space under the pergola with a solid surface elsewhere.
