RE: SCPB Referral Review #20-53-Special Use Permit-Grove/Verizon
Construction of a public utility by a provider of personal wireless services (Verizon) on
the rooftop facility of an existing building (previously the Neumann Building of St.
Clement's Church) for provision of safe and adequate service. Collocation on an
existing structure.
Location: Lake Ave (NYS Route 29)
Received from the City of Saratoga Springs Planning Board on April 30, 2020.
Reviewed by staff and two members of the Saratoga County Planning Board on May
21, 2020.
Decision: No Significant County-wide or Intercommunity Impact
Comment: In accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between
the City of Saratoga Springs Planning Board and the Saratoga County Planning Board
of Appeals, the above-noted Special Use Permit application has been reviewed by staff
and with necessary concurrence has been deemed to present no significant county-
wide impacts.
