Dear Board and Commission Members,
Our firm represents THBC NY, LLC with respect to the development of the above -
referenced properties as a facility for the Micro -Production of Alcohol and Eating and Drinking
Establishment with Outdoor Dining, as such uses are defined in the Unified Development
Ordinance. Such development will require a Special Use Permit for the Outdoor Dining, along
with Site Plan Approval and Architectural Design Review Approval. Pursuant to discussion with
Planning staff, we request to provide both Boards with an introductory presentation at a joint
meeting on November 15, 2023, and a public hearing to review the Special Use Permit on
November 30th. Enclosed please find the following application materials and the application fee
for your review and consideration:
