Location: Crescent Ave./CR-22 & Jefferson St. (Spa State Park/Hemlock Trail & NYS Lands/Horsetrack) Tax Map #: 179.-5-8 Zoning District: UR-4 Reviewed Site Plan by the Saratoga County Planning Board on May 18, 2023 and requested additional information on traffic, public transportation connections, setbacks, and sewer loading capabilities. Received updates from the City of Saratoga Springs Planning Board on October 5, 2023. Received updated comments from LaBella Engineering on October 13, 2023. Reviewed by the Saratoga County Planning Board on October 19, 2023. Decision: No Significant County-wide or Intercommunity Impact. The Saratoga County Planning Board recognized the conditional will serve letter from the Saratoga County Sewer District #1. Once the NYS DEC approval process is complete and the capacity conditions are satisfied, please forward on that information. There have been significant site connection updates since May to this site that have addressed the traffic and connectivity concerns in and around the build out area.
