As you are aware, our firm represents EC Woodlawn Van Dam Property LLC (the
"Applicant") with respect to the development of the above -referenced properties as a
Private/Social Club, as such use is defined in the Unified Development Ordinance (the "UDO").
Attached are responses to the Creighton Manning review questions/comments. These come in
two separate documents, one from VHB Engineering relative to parking and traffic, and another
for the site plan comments from C.T. Male. Also included is a revised site plan and parking lot
lighting detail, to reflect some minor changes.
On behalf of the Applicant, I request we be placed on the agenda for the October 26,
2023 meeting.
