In accordance with 6 NYCRR Part 617, the Planning Board acting as SEQRA lead agent issued a negative declaration of environmental impact on September 15, 2022. And, in accordance with the objectives, standards and guidelines contained in the City Zoning Ordinance Article 240-7.5 Architectural Review, the Design Review Commission issues the following decision on July 5, 2023:  Approve with the following conditions: Should there be any additional rooftop mechanical equipment, applicant to return for review. Applicant to return for any signage. First floor not to contain any residential units. Note: this approval shall expire 18 months from the issuance date unless any necessary building permit has been issued and actual work begun. Record of vote: motion to approve made by L.
