Neighbor questions that were asked: a. This proposed recreation court is for private use of the owner. No public or outside use of the court is envisioned. b. With respect to questions raised about lighting, no illumination of the court for play after sunset is anticipated. However,some landscape and security lighting may be installed on the property. c. With respect to the use of the recreation court, the court is designed specifically for tennis play and that is the primary intent. [Note: The above items were independently discussed with the neighbor that raised these items. The applicant agreed to submit the understood responses to the board as a part of the formal record.] 2. Comments from the Board regarding reduction in the amount of impervious area and can the court design be changed to reduce the initial request: The tennis court area size has been revisited and as a result of this effort,the applicant proposes a reduction in the court area,which will result in an overall reduction in the percent of overage request by approximately 1% overall precent of permeability(see the attached PDF for the precise area of reduction updated coverage calculations).
