ELIGIBILITY: An applicant to the Design Review Commission for Architectural Review or Historic Review must be the property owner(s) or lessee, or have an option to lease or purchase the property in question. 2. COMPLETE SUBMISSIONS: Applicants are encouraged to work with City staff to ensure that an application is complete.
