Both have stated they were not aware this fell under that regulation in Oak Ridge PUD. 4) Submitted initial variance to the Saratoga Springs ZBA on 5/31/23 for the patio variance when our landscaper informed us that this impeded on the 10' setback. 5) Our home was inspected for a CO on 6/28/23. We were notified that there were additional variances that we needed to apply for. This was when we first became aware of the issue with our original plans and the corner side lot designation 6) Meeting with ZBA on July 24t"- two requests made by the committee were: a) Aerial view to show pools/hot tubs in immediate vicinity of home. Request is to show that it would fit in with the neighborhood context b) Consider moving the arbor due to the location close to the fence --- - .- - Aurora Ave Aurora Ave ' • • - • • • - , • , • - • Miscanthus Ln O Tiarella Ln 1 m r • air f d Houses27 • Ridge n O 9immediateofAurora 18 Homes have pool and/or hot tub a s rl "n r✓" ,e ve ` t Google 4 •M' Pergola permanently wremoved on August 14th ip Thank You /Questions Aurora Avenue R=30.00' L=47.12' N57'36'30"E CONCRETE CURB CH=42.43' STOKE STEPS wAV k LANDING FLUSH FLUSH S7T23'30 E o/89R CONC.WALK STOKE 3°a°'=_ o UTILITY Lot Standards from filed map 0— 1 40—E a, wux ,p• LAW POST `Q SETBACFC 1 HAM HOLE G' — -- 4•0, • Build to Zone; 10-20' y ?I PORCH EGRESS ti • Garage setback from rear: 20' o/ WELL GAS YETM 1 • Side setback: 5' 16.0` _ ; .D' • Rear setback: 20' ARsoR I 285.2- oto • Building coverage: 75% to Tz'I PTCN10 MW POR04 6.0' r- o Survey Notes: m o L 1e s I soWs o E SS f c 0 1.
