I am requesting that the Board set a date for completing the project. Establishing a project start and end date is a standard construction practice. Presumably in anticipation of this project, the house has had all its siding removed down to the green board for at least one year. It is ongoing unfinished work. With this past record the project work may continue indefinitely. I am not proposing my own completion date. Whatever the homeowner proposes and the Board agrees to is fine with me.
