They have not developed any plans regarding their proposed second story addition. As such, it's impossible to comment in support or opposition to what is potentially being proposed. Their house is just over 2 feet from our property line so naturally we have some concern; however, they said that the potential second story would not be located on the side of the house that abuts our property (which is a garage). We do not have any concerns with their proposed footprint extension. We look forward to being a part of the process and providing further feedback once we know what our neighbors are proposing.
