To summarize the changes that can be found in the attached pdf: 1. Site Plan: In response to the feedback we received from some zoning board members on 7/24/23, we have revised the rear patio to remove about 1’ of depth. This has increased the proposed Rear Yard Setback as measured to the patio to 8.3’ (previously 7.4’) 2. Site Context and Zoning Info: It was also requested by a zoning board member that more information be added to the aerial image showing the properties on Fifth Ave. It was suggested that a line be shown indicating the requested rear yard setback as measured to the principle structure so a comparison can be made to the other lots on the street. To summarize the updates that have been made: Page 2 (Site Plan) The Existing rear and side setbacks have been updated. The rear setback is now measured to the bottom step of the existing rear deck. The side setbacks are now measured to the exterior face of the existing walls. Since our application submission, Patrick Cogan has approved our request for a front setback reduction. This sheet shows statistics of neighboring lots as a reference to the zoning requests we are making. Pages 11-12 (Turfstone Paver Specifications) We have accounted for the use of the Belgard Turfstone Paver at the Driveway. When calculating the total impervious surface coverage of the site, we have included the driveway surface area as 40% permeable per the paver specification sheet.
