Involving Extension of Historic Review approval of a fifth-floor addition to an existing four-story mixed use
building within the Urban Core /T-6 District, tax parcel #I 65.59-3-2 I, within the City of Saratoga Springs.
In accordance with 6 NYCRR Part 617,the Design Review Board classifies this request as a SEQR:
C� Type II action—exempt from further SEQR review
And, in accordance with the objectives, standards and guidelines contained in the Unified Development Ordinance
240-I 3.9 Historic Review Applicability and Approval Standards, the Design Review Board issues the following
decision on July 19, 2023:
C�Approve as submitted or shown on the attached plans
Note: this approval shall expire 18 months from the issuance date unless any necessary building permit has been
issued and actual worlc begun.
