IN THE MATTER OF THE APPEAL OF

Based on the submitted evidence that the application for an extension of a granted area variance does not differ
from the original application and approval, and that there have been no changes in the condition of the property or
neighborhood warranting otherwise,the Board moves that the application of John and Lee Ann Greenslade for the
property located at 136 White Street in the City of Saratoga Springs, and identified as tax parcel 166.77-1-12 that
was granted on February 28,2022 for expansion of a front porch on a single family residence in the UR-3 District,
be approved and that the variance approval be extended for 18 months from the date that such resolution expired,
August 28, 2023 with the new expiration date to be February 28, 2025. The variance shall expire on February 28,
2025 unless the necessary building permit has been issued and actual construction begun as per the Zoning
Ordinance or otherwise further extended.
It is so moved,dated July 24,2023.

NAYES:
This variance shall expire 18 months following the filing date of such decision unless the
necessary building permit has been issued and actual construction begun as per the Unified
Development Ordinance.

Zoning Board of Appeals of the City of Saratoga Springs on the date above mentioned, four
members of the Board being present.
