The public hearing for your application to the Zoning Board of Appeals is scheduled on
07/24/23
You must send a copy of the enclosed Public Hearing Notification Letter to the list of property
owners at least 7 days, but not more than 20 days, before the day of your hearing, as follows:
To the owners of all property within 100 feet (area variance) or 250 feet (use
variance) of the boundaries of the land involved in this application.
■ Property owners are identified via the Saratoga County GIS mapping system. Please find
list attached hereto. A copy of the enclosed notice must be sent to each property owner
address listed.
■ Proof of mailing (a "certificate of mailing") from the Post Office must be obtained at the
time of mailing and provided to the Planning Office prior to the hearing. Please note
that a "certificate of mailing" is not the same as "certified mail".
■ The Planning Office has placed the legal ad in the Times Union. These fees are paid by
you as part of the application fee.
The applicant or a representative must be present at the meeting to make a presentation before
the Board or the Board will not hear the application.
