Submission and Response to Planning Board Comments
Dear Board Members,
As you are aware, our firm represents EC Woodlawn Van Dam Property LLC (the
"Applicant") with respect to the development of the above -referenced properties as a
Private/Social Club, as such use is defined in the Unified Development Ordinance. Enclosed
with this letter are the following additional materials in support of the application, as requested
by the Board and members of the Planning Department:
1) A Qualitative Traffic Assessment from VHB Engineering, Surveying, Landscape
Architecture, and Geology, PC
2) A floor plan showing the seated capacity of the Club.
