Enclosed with this letter are the following additional materials in support of the application, as requested by the Board and members of the Planning Department: 1) A Qualitative Traffic Assessment from VHB Engineering, Surveying, Landscape Architecture, and Geology, PC 2) A floor plan showing the seated capacity of the Club.
