We are requesting permission to add a shower to a bathroom in a pool house to be used for the purpose of rinsing off before entering
pool and washing off after exiting pool.
To grant an area variance, the ZBA must balance the benefits to the applicant and the health, safety, and welfare of the neighborhood and
community, taking into consideration the following:

only a half bath in the pool house and to have people shower inside and then walk through the house soaking wet. Neither of
these options would worK for us.
