As a permanent resident property owner immediately south of the subject project (41 Granite Street) I wanted to state for the record that I have reviewed the request and can say I wholeheartedly support the request. The addition of a porch to the front of the existing structure will enhance both the individual property and the neighborhood as well. Saratoga has a long history of entertaining and relaxing on front porches and this project will continue this tradition. Also, Ed and Edna, the owners at 43 Granite have continually improved the property from the time they purchased it, and this will continue these beautiful improvements. I fully support the project.
