Concerned about parking because I have witnessed owners opening their back gate to pull cars onto their property from McNulty Way. Last meeting, Sweet family mentioned not wanting to move deck. Deck can be easily up-rooted and swung into new location with JLG crane lift or rolled into place using other machinery techniques. If a separate "cottage" type building is placed on property, what is the design style? How is the plumbing connected? Where is the parking intended to go? Has Maggie Sweet had an opportunity to work with an architect to prove an in-law suite/addition can or cannot be added thoughtfully onto her existing house?
