The 6" of topsoil shall be applied on the slope (per table 5.3 soil restoration requirements) prior to the Building Department issuing a Certificate of Occupancy. The applicant is required to complete the following: • Submit one ( I ) mylar and two (2) paper copies for signature by the Planning Board Chair. • The applicant is required to schedule a pre-construction meeting with the City Engineer's office prior to any s ite wo rk. Approval of the final plat expires within one year after the resolution granting such approval unless all requirements stated in such resolution have been certified and completed per Article I 4 of the UDO.
