Comments "I live on the corner or Regent Street and White Street.
Subdividing this property on the corner of Regent and Park
Place into two lots fits the neighborhood. The previous plan of
building condos on the site does not. The neighborhood has
many unique characteristics (schools, churches, day car, etc..).
Building a home on each lot fits well in the neighborhood.
