unable to attend the meeting scheduled for June 15t" regarding the 121-125, and 118
Woodlawn request for a Special Use Permit, since I only learned about it on Tuesday June 13tn
while walking by the property. I went online to find out more information and from reviewing
those documents it appears a notice went out, but I was not included even though many
properties much farther away were notified .
It is my understanding the new owners of the 9,900 square foot building previously used as a
church wish to operate it as a place to serve lunches, dinner, and drinks along with a place to
host business meetings and commercially inspired gatherings. To accommodate employees,
members, and guests, it will provide ofF street parking for 22 vehicles.
I have some concerns about this proposal and would like to gather more information . Please
share my letter with the planning board
My questions:
1. What are the days and hours of the operation ?
2. How many members?
3. How many employees?
4. How many guests?
5. How many vehicles?
6. What is the expected volume of activity of the above during the day and evening hours?
7. How will my residential neighborhood handle the stress of the additional trafFic and
parking needs so as not to displace the vehicles and parking needs of the residents?
8. What are the requirements for membership?
