The building is located on the corner of Van Dam St. and Woodlawn Ave. and is situated on a 0.14-acre parcel with the 0.23-acre parcel part of the site plan across the street, for parking, situated bewteen Woodlawn Ave. and Bolster Lane. The combined acreage is 0.37-acres. Location: Van Dam St. 8v Woodlawn Ave. (NYS Rt 9 8v NYS Rt 50) T� Map #: 165.51-2-14 (Existing Building) and 165.43-3-24 (Parking Lot) Zoning: Urban Residential-3 Received from the City of Saratoga Springs Planning Board on May 1, 2023. Reviewed by the Saratoga County Planning Board on May 18, 2023. Decision: Special Use Permit: No Significant County-wide or Intercommunity Impact Site Plan Review: No Significant County-wide or Intercommunity Impact Comment: The Saratoga County Planning Board did comment on the amount of traffic that flows to and from NYS Route 50 and US Route 9 via VanDam Street as a cut over to NYS Route 9N which does intersect two of the streets the parking lot for the private/social club will use as ingress/egress. The City of Saratoga Springs Planning Board should review any updated traffic studies that have been completed for this area.
