Good Afternoon Fred-
I reviewed and find the attached Layout, Materials & Grading Plan and Erosion & Sediment
Control Plan to be acceptable proposals for restoration and future development of the parcel.
The City Building Department as well as Planning Office should incorporate or utilize these
plans with respect to current building permit or planning board application.
Finally, I would appreciate having a full-sized set of prints for file. Susan and John, please
request similar as needed.

Please see the attached revised 38 Stafford Bridge site plan. I added a note calling out the slope
requiring 6"of topsoil to be applied as per table 5.3 Soil restoration requirements.

Hello Fred-
I reviewed your responses to my comments and also checked the updated LMG-1 and
ESCP-1 drawings.
Only additional comment I have pertains to Table 5.3 - Soil Restoration Requirements.
As proposed regrading involves areas of cut or fill, I want to verify 6" of topsoil will be applied
on the slope prior to seeding, etc...
Perhaps adding a note to ESC Plan on same sheet would make it plain to see.
Also please make sure TS&G is aware of this requirement to avoid any confusion.
Once this is clarified, I'll be happy to approve both drawings.

Good Afternoon. I reviewed the attached drawings which you provided earlier this month and
have added my red-line comments thereto.
Please revise the drawings accordingly and resubmit to my attention for final review and
approval by the City Engineers Office.
These approved drawings shall supersede prior versions prepared by Lansing Engineering
and become part of the renewed Building Permit currently pending. John, please provide Fred
any additional comments you might have.
Approved drawings will also be provided to Planning Department for use in determining the
outcome of any pending Planning Board application (i.e. Subdivision Modification).
