The City Building Department as well as Planning Office should incorporate or utilize these plans with respect to current building permit or planning board application. Only additional comment I have pertains to Table 5.3 - Soil Restoration Requirements. As proposed regrading involves areas of cut or fill, I want to verify 6" of topsoil will be applied on the slope prior to seeding, etc... Perhaps adding a note to ESC Plan on same sheet would make it plain to see. Also please make sure TS&G is aware of this requirement to avoid any confusion. Once this is clarified, I'll be happy to approve both drawings. Keep me posted. Thanks.
