Richard Sears Tree Experts completed a tree health assessment for the property located
at 30 Dolten Ave Saratoga Springs NY, 12886. We have tagged each tree with a specific
number and they are as follows:
298- Maple Tree- Right side of the property next to the fence.
299- Maple Tree- Behind the house in the middle.
300- Pine Tree- Back left comer of the property.
All of these trees are dead and/or in poor health condition and should be removed
immediately. Tree 298 is infringing on the neighbors property along with their roof.
