To Whom it may concern,
I have prepared the lot line adjustment map entitled “Lot Line Adjustment Map Lands of Gregory Travis and Karen A. Lazar and Lands of Skidmore College (139 State Street)”,
dated February 8, 2023, which is currently under consideration by the Board for approval.
Although it is customary to show both parcels in their entirety, I have not shown the entire lands of Skidmore College due to it's size. The parcel to be conveyed is only 869 sq. ft.
whereas the whole Skidmore campus is approximately 295 acres. I have provided a 1” = 1,000 ft. inset map which does represent this relationship.
This inset map is base on Saratoga County tax map information.
