In accordance with SEQRA regulations 6NYCRR Part 6 I 7 and after review and evaluation of the SEQRA short Environmental Assessment Form Part I, made a motion to reaffirm the prior Negative SEQRA Declaration issued on September 9, 202 I ; And, in accordance with requirements set forth in Article I 4 "Subdivision Approval", the Planning Board issued the following decision: C� Reapprove the final subdivision plat previously approved on September 30, 202 I (PB#202 I 0764) with the following conditions: • Final plans shall be to the satisfaction of DPW • Payment of the fee in lieu of dedication of recreation lands for one new lot The applicant is required to complete the following: • Deliver a letter of credit or cash escrow as a performance guarantee to the City for required on- and off-site improvements. • Submit a fee in lieu of recreation of $2,000 for each new residential lot • Submit one ( I ) mylar and two (2) paper copies of the final approved subdivision plat for signature by the Planning Board Chair. • File the signed final subdivision plat with the Saratoga County Clerk within sixty-two (62) days as provided in Article 3, Section 32 of General City Law. This approval shall expire if not enacted within one year as set forth in the Article 14 of the UDO.
