The applicant is requesting to enlarge the number of parking spaces to 13 and there for I request that the PB demand a site plan review to understand the impact of the increase in traffic that this project will cause. Traffic is already a huge headache for us residents on West Circular. When the HS is in session getting out of one's driveway is an issue. The proposal will only add to this traffic problem. And besides, adding parking spaces as seen on the sketches provided doesn't seem feasible. Squeezing that many spots on the property doesn't make sense..The qulaity of life for our neighborhood would be severly impacted if this Special Use Permit is granted.
