I have no issue with 221 W Circular zoning change. My only concern is that Brighton Way does not get blocked. According to my understanding Brighton Way is a paper street that has been determined to be a public right of way and a fire lane by code enforcement. 3 Administrations ago, my neighbor built a house adjacent to Brighton Way. He built a stand alone garage with access from Brighton Way, which I'm surprised was allowed since the set back from the garage to the edge of the paper street was inadequate. He proceeded to pave a portion of Brighton Way and use this as a parking area for he and his guests blocking my access to my property. I worked with John Daley to get whatever signage i could get and was instructed to call parking enforcement when i can't get through. He was the one that gave me the information on the paper street.
