I am assuming that what was stated on the 3/29 scope is accurate and the 4/11 plans are solely showing the scope of the porch railings. For some clarification: • You proposed to retain the cedar shingles and use that to side the porch infill addition along the South elevation...co rrect • West entrance - Build new porch over existing concrete porch. Columns to be wood 6" square with 1 x4 yellow pine decking. Railings to be pressure treated wood deck rail with 5" Maple fluted square posts...correct • West elevation side porch -Build new porch over existing concrete porch.
