I I 2, in the City of Saratoga Springs, on application for modification of final plat approval of a proposed two-lot subdivision ( I 2/ I 9/20) within the Urban Residential — 2 (UR-2) District with the Planning Board who met on April I 3, 2023 and made the following decision(s): In accordance with SEQRA regulations 6NYCRR Part 6 I 7 and after review and evaluation of the SEQRA short Environmental Assessment Form Part I , the Board found that the proposed action was consistent with prior SEQRA action (Negative Declaration issued 7/ I 6/20) therefore no further SEQRA review is required; And, in accordance with the purpose and objectives set forth in the City's Unified Development Ordinance Article I 4 "Subdivision Approval", the Planning Board issued the following decision: C� Approve modification to the final plat (planting plan dated 4/4/23) with the following notes and conditions: I . Access to the new lot (lot 2) may be located on Taylor St. This driveway may not exceed a maximum width of I 6 ft. 2. Add finished floor elevation (FFE) for proposed new house on lot 2. 3. An additional street tree to be placed within the treebelt along Jefferson St. (totaling 3 trees). 4. Tree replacement for trees removed along Taylor St. shall total 7 trees. 5. The planting plan shall be to the satisfaction of the City Arborist. The applicant is required to complete the following: • Submit one ( I ) mylar and two (2) paper copies of the planting plan (L- I . 10) for signature by the Planning Board Chair. • The applicant is required to schedule a pre-construction meeting with the City Engineer's office prior to any s ite wo rk. Approval of the final plat expires within one year after the resolution granting such approval unless all requirements stated in such resolution have been certified and completed per Article I 4 of the UDO.
