The following changes were made: • The railings on the front porch are to remain. We will repair, replace pieces if necessary (in kind) & repaint. We will also add a wood booster rail above. • The porch stairs & railing are to remain. We will repair, replace pieces if necessary (in kind) & repaint. • The fencing at the south west corner of the property has been modified to only follow the west property line, it was removed along the Van Dam sidewalk. • An alternate fence design has been indicated as a second option.
