There are many valid concerns from nearby residents that require careful consideration by the Planning Board and ultimately must be incorporated into the site plan to align interests of all impacted stakeholders, including alignment to the City's comprehensive plan. Myself and other residents will best advised to submit an immediate protest of our assessed home values and related taxes because in the current state it will reduce the home values of the surrounding/abutting homes.
