Comments As a resident on Adams Rd directly across from the proposed
project I am requesting a delay of the board’s vote.
Last week the community had a meeting with Munter/Soleno
which was a great starting point. We were able to ask
questions and ask for some changes and compromises in
which Munter seemed opened to accommodating and looking
into. One of our concerns is that while progress was made we
have no further confirmation that any of the compromises or
concessions will be met. How can we as a community give
proper feedback when we still don’t know the final plan?
There seems to be various inconsistencies in statements given
to us, the residents, and to the board. We would like those to
be clarified.
As well as possible zoning conflicts in regards to the
Comprehensive Plan of 2015 which the board is supposed to
adhere to when making decisions on proposed projects.
Due to these very valid community concerns I am requesting a
delay of the project vote.
