The 3 trees to be installed along the east property line of lot 2(2 Shadblow and I American Hornbeam) shall serve as the treebelt along the Richard Ave. street frontage and shall be maintained as such. 2. Removal of 26"Oak tree in the ROW along Richard(along lot 2) is subject to final approval by the City Arborist and, if allowed to be removed, a tree replacement mitigation fee shall be paid to the City (approx. $I,300). The Planning Board recommends that, to the extent permitted, by City law and policy, this fee shall be placed in a fund dedicated to the planting of trees throughout the City. 3. Tree protection measures shall be installed priorto siteworkon lot 3 (around 2 Mapleand I Cherry)— a corresponding tree protection detail (use City standard detail) shall be included in the construction details sheet in the final plat set. 4. The 7 trees to be installed along the shared south property line at the rear of lots I and 2(7 American Hornbeam) shall be maintained as a permanent vegetative buffer between the new lots and the remaining lot 3. 5. The length of new driveways for lots I and 2 shall be a minimum of 20 ft. in length 6. Final plans shall be to the satisfaction of DPW. 7. The Planning Board shall accept payment of the fee in lieu of dedication of recreation lands for two new residential lots ($4,000). 8. It is noted that DPS will install signage plan as provided in mock-up plan in email correspondence from Andy Krupski on 2/I 4/23. The applicant is required to complete the following prior to signing of the final plat by the Planning Board Chair: • Deliver a letter of credit or cash escrow as a performance guarantee to the City for required on-and off-site improvements. • Submit a fee in lieu of recreation of$2,000 for each new residential lot (see condition of approval). • Submit two (2) mylar and two (2) paper copies of the final approved subdivision plat for signature by the Planning Board Chair. • File the signed final subdivision plat with the Saratoga County Clerk within sixty-two (62) days as provided in Article 3, Section 32 of General City Law. Approval of the final plat expires within one year after the resolution granting such approval unless all requirements stated in such resolution have been certified and completed per Article I 4 of the UDO.
