Comments Hello,
I live directly across the street from the proposed project and
am very concerned about the amount of trees that are slated to
be cut down, noise from the site due to a short buffer and
aesthetic of what our neighborhood will absorb with the
warehouse and storage yard facing us. Personally I would like
to see a proposal with less deforestation, a 400 foot buffer from
Adams Road and 100 feet from residential zone, and an
updated rendering of what our neighborhood will see.
Trees are central to our neighborhood and Adams Road is a
main artery. I would like to respectfully request that the Board
please take our neighborhood concerns into account, delay the
vote on the project and request an updated proposal and
renderings from Munter for the neighborhood to review prior to
a vote.
As my five year old son said when learning about the proposed
project, “Where will the foxes and woodpeckers go?”
I appreciate your time and thank you for taking my concerns
into consideration.
