Project Address 95 Adams Road 4/25/23, 9:10 AM Zimbra https://m.saratoga-springs.org/h/printmessage?id=12599&tz=America/New_York 2/3 Comments I have lived in Saratoga my entire life and the Past 23 years at 95 Adams road. John Munter has previously stated to the Planning Board that there is no neighborhood opposition, no anticipated adverse visual impact, and no noise impact. We disagree. The renderings of the buildings and the schematic of the site omit any of the residences in close proximity or the neighborhoods nearby. The traffic report does not include Adams Road. The traffic issues along Geyser are unresolved. The Zoning Board seems to require a setback of 40 feet, not 15 feet on the side of the project that abuts a residential district (i.e., 95 Adams). Briefly, some remaining questions: Would the lot be clear cut or “selectively cut” as stated in the proposal? How many feet would a buffer be setback? What would a berm and fence look like from the perspective of neighbors? We would like to see a rendering. What are the construction hours and operation hours? What measures will be taken to ensure public safety, mitigate noise, and prevent on-site accidents? Attach Photo (optional)Field not completed. Email not displaying correctly?
