To members of the Saratoga Springs Planning Board, On Wednesday, April 18th, I attended a neighborhood meeting sponsored by John Munter and Mathieu Cornellier where plans for Soleno were discussed. Being a resident of the southwest neighborhood, I've had a few experiences that "educated" me to the process of planning and development. I remember unfortunate, costly issues around the Beaver Pond Village and Geyser Road Trail projects, mostly caused by unfounded rumors. Wednesday's meeting gave most attendees confidence that Soleno will be a good addition to the Industrial Park and be a responsible neighbor. I sincerely appreciate Soleno's commitment to improving the plastic recycling industry. The Munters are well-respected for carefully choosing each business moving into the Industrial Park. Their dedication has resulted in the best possible blend of neighborhood next to industry. Considering all that I learned at the 4/18 neighborhood meeting, I feel confident that Soleno will be an excellent addition to the Grande Industrial Park and to the Saratoga Springs community. Sincerely, Molly Gagné
