I I , in the City of Saratoga Springs, on an application for a permanent special use permit for a proposed I 6-unit multi-family residential project in the Gateway Commercial — Rural (GC-R) District. In accordance with 6 NYCRR Part 6 I 7, the Planning Board classified the action as an Unlisted Action and issued a Negative SEQRA Declaration on March 23, 2023; Having properly noticed and conducted a public hearing on March 23, 2023 as required on the proposed use; And, upon evaluation of the application based on the City's enumerated criteria to ensure that the proposed use(s) will not adversely affect surrounding properties and community character; And, in accordance with the standards set forth in the City's Unified Development Ordinance, article I 3.4 "Special Use", the Planning Board issues the following decision on March 23, 2023 (passed 6-0 — in favor: Torpey, Pingel, Fabozzi, Marshall, McTygue, Morrison): C� Issue a permanent special use permit for a multi-family residential project to include a maximum of I 6 residential units to be located within any possible combination of dwellin�types — sin�le-family, sin�le-family attached, two- family, townhouse, multi-family (residential only structure) — and �enerally consistent with the development plan dated February 7, 2023. Conditions: I . Vehicular access to be further considered at site plan review for safe ingress and egress to the property. Appropriate staff from the Department of Public Safety shall review and comment at site plan stage. 2. Site plan review and approval required to implement the SUP.
